The Chautauqua Substance Abuse Response Partnership (CSARP) is a multi-agency partnership of prevention, treatment, recovery, and harm reduction providers led by the Chautauqua County Health Department. CSARP was first established in 2018 under a Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) grant awarded to the Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene and more recently supported by the HEALing Communities Study.  CSARP is comprised of representatives from the:
