Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide nursing care under the supervision of another healthcare practitioner. To practice nursing as an LPN in New York State, you must be licensed and registered by the New York State Education Department (NYSED).

Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus-BOCES (E2CCB) School of Practical Nursing offers a 12-month program that prepares students to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) to become an LPN. Contact E2CCB for more information.
